The Closing Process
At BMW Law Group, each and every transaction is important. To ensure we keep things simple for everyone, you will have a single point of contact throughout the process — with active attorney involvement from the moment the contract is received.We pride ourselves in efficiently resolving any title issues that may arise, often without you needing to know. You can feel confident that you and your clients will be informed from contract to close — and beyond.
What We Need From You
- Provide us with the contract and all amendments as soon as they are available.
- Provide us with your clients’ contact information, telephone numbers and emails with the contract.
- Pay at close/Disbursement Authorizations need to be received at least 48 prior to closing.
- Provide us with the Termite Bond and Home Warranty Invoice 3 days prior to the closing date.
- Here are a few critical pieces of information you might not think about:
- Has your client recently been married?
- Has your client recently been divorced?
- Is your client selling the property for a deceased family member?
- Does your client frequently travel?
- Will your client be out of town the days prior to or after the closing date?
